Lance graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2006. He is a former litigation associate of Rifkin, Livingston, Levitan & Silver. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant Attorney General serving the State Highway Administration and attorney for the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
